“Sau Bol,” which translates from Kazakh as “be healthy,” this project is inspired by a person from Almaty. The collage includes fragments of a traditional Uighur ornament, captured in a photograph from a family robe. These fragments are joined together, forming the figure of a person, symbolizing and representing the national identity inherent within them.
